Kelly Rowland was featured on usatoday.com and she is clearly stating her independence and looking incredible while doing it.

"I feel empowered. Finally," Rowland says with a laugh and a snap of her fingers. "When you don't believe in yourself, you feel like you're living in fear. You don't give yourself the opportunity to believe that you can. And as much as you tell yourself you can't do it, you end up not doing it. Me? I was complacent and comfortable where I was."

Shanna Moakler and Travis Barker Fight Over The Kids

Police paid a visit to Shanna Moakler's Rhode Island home yesterday after a heated argument between her and ex-husband, Travis Barker.

Moakler and Barker recently came to an agreement to share custody of their two children. After returning the children, Landon, 5, and Alabama, 3, to Moakler's home a fight broke out. Barker who was reported as being irate refused to leave Shanna's property and she was forced to call the police.

Carmen Electra, 37 was spotted vacationing make-up free in Greece with fiancée, ex Korn member, Rob Patterson.

The two stayed at the Kos Island Hotel in Dodecannese.

Juelz Santana Arrested After Dispute

Juelz Santana was arrested Tuesday morning after having a dispute outside of his New Jersey home.

Santana was arrested at his Teaneck, NJ residence after neighbors called the cops during a dispute he was having with an unidentified woman. Once the authorities arrived Santana then engaged in an argument with police officers which caused the officers to arrest him.

It is not clear who the woman is but some reports are saying that it was his son's mother. It was also reported that the woman was threatened in front of a child. However, Santana's reps are denying that there is any truth to either stories.

Santana has been released and is now back home.

A rep for the Teaneck police department said a report about the incident is still being compiled and no details are ready to be released.

Chris Brown Sentenced to Five Years Probation

Chris Brown was sentenced to five years probation today for beating up former girlfriend Rihanna. In addition to probation he must also complete a 52 week domestic violence program and perform 180 days of community service.

More details from the sentencing:
-Brown can be subjected to 24/7 search and seizure for 5 years.
-Brown must surrender all firearms and cannot be in possession of any other dangerous weapons.
-Brown must pay $2500 in restitution fees.
-Brown must pay $2500 in probation fees.
-Brown must pay $400 to a domestic violence fund.
-Brown must obey a judge issue protective order keeping him from contacting or harassing Rihanna in any way for the next 5 years.
