Kelly Rowland was featured on usatoday.com and she is clearly stating her independence and looking incredible while doing it.

"I feel empowered. Finally," Rowland says with a laugh and a snap of her fingers. "When you don't believe in yourself, you feel like you're living in fear. You don't give yourself the opportunity to believe that you can. And as much as you tell yourself you can't do it, you end up not doing it. Me? I was complacent and comfortable where I was."

Shanna Moakler and Travis Barker Fight Over The Kids

Police paid a visit to Shanna Moakler's Rhode Island home yesterday after a heated argument between her and ex-husband, Travis Barker.

Moakler and Barker recently came to an agreement to share custody of their two children. After returning the children, Landon, 5, and Alabama, 3, to Moakler's home a fight broke out. Barker who was reported as being irate refused to leave Shanna's property and she was forced to call the police.

Carmen Electra, 37 was spotted vacationing make-up free in Greece with fiancée, ex Korn member, Rob Patterson.

The two stayed at the Kos Island Hotel in Dodecannese.

Juelz Santana Arrested After Dispute

Juelz Santana was arrested Tuesday morning after having a dispute outside of his New Jersey home.

Santana was arrested at his Teaneck, NJ residence after neighbors called the cops during a dispute he was having with an unidentified woman. Once the authorities arrived Santana then engaged in an argument with police officers which caused the officers to arrest him.

It is not clear who the woman is but some reports are saying that it was his son's mother. It was also reported that the woman was threatened in front of a child. However, Santana's reps are denying that there is any truth to either stories.

Santana has been released and is now back home.

A rep for the Teaneck police department said a report about the incident is still being compiled and no details are ready to be released.

Chris Brown Sentenced to Five Years Probation

Chris Brown was sentenced to five years probation today for beating up former girlfriend Rihanna. In addition to probation he must also complete a 52 week domestic violence program and perform 180 days of community service.

More details from the sentencing:
-Brown can be subjected to 24/7 search and seizure for 5 years.
-Brown must surrender all firearms and cannot be in possession of any other dangerous weapons.
-Brown must pay $2500 in restitution fees.
-Brown must pay $2500 in probation fees.
-Brown must pay $400 to a domestic violence fund.
-Brown must obey a judge issue protective order keeping him from contacting or harassing Rihanna in any way for the next 5 years.

Lil Boosie Could Face Up to 20 Years In Jail for Bribing Baton Rogue Officer
Baton Rogue police are accusing rapper Lil Boosie of trying to bribe officers after being arrested for possession of a gun and marijuana.

Deputy Nicolas Locicero testified at a pre-trial hearing that he and another officer pulled over Boosie's 2007 Dodge Challenger after noticing the car was filled with smoke.

Lil Boosie was found smoking a cigar filled with marijuana. He was also in possession of a large amount of cash and a gun. He was reported as saying to the officer "This is Bossie. How much do you want?"

Jadakiss' Yonkers Apartment Raided
Police raided rapper Jadakiss' Yonkers, New York apartment and seized money and illegal substances.

After an incident was reported this past Friday, law enforcement executed a search warrant on the rapper's apartment. There they found and seized 5 grams of heroin, 6.5 pounds of marijuana and $40,000 in cash.

According to Allhiphop.com Jadakiss was not present at the home and is not wanted by the police.

Cocaine Is A Helluva Drug: Scott Storch Loses Miami Mansion

Music producer Scott Storch has lost the battle to keep his 10-bedroom, 16-bathroom Miami mansion. Storch previously fought to keep his home by declaring bankruptcy, but now that the bankruptcy order has been dismissed, Sun Trust Bank has taken back ownership. The mansion valued at $7 million was auctioned off to the bank for $5.5 million.

According to thisis50.com Storch who was also behind on child support payments, recently spoke about his financial troubles saying that his money problems were due to a very bad cocaine habit.

TLC Performing In The U.S. For The First Time In 7 Years

For the first time in 7 years, the remaining members of TLC will be performing again in the United States. TLC along with Taylor Swift, Alicia Keys, and Ciara will be part of a benefit concert hosted by Justin Timberlake. The benefit concert will be held in Las Vegas from October 11th- 18th. The group is scheduled to perform on October 17th.

Tickets go on sale Saturday, October 29th.

Michael Jackson's Death Ruled A Homicide

Lethal doeses of anesthetic propotofol is being cited as the cause of Jackson's death. According to legal documents, Jackson's doctor Conrad Murray had been treating Jackson's insomnia nightly with 50 milligrams of Propofol. After fearing that Jackson was becoming addicted to the drug Conrad reduced the dosage to 25 milligrams. However the dosage was being mixed with other sedatives. On the night of June 25th Conrad gave Jackson 50 milligrams of the drug Propopal along with Valium, Lorazepam, Midazolam, and other drugs. This concoction is being cited as the cause of death. Investigators are trying to figure out whether or not Conrad is negligent for giving the Jackson the drug outside of a hospital setting.

BET Might Be Bringing Back The Game

BET is talking with producers of The Game to bring a new season of the recently canceled CW comedy to its cable network. A BET spokesperson has told TV Guide, "We are currently in negotiations" to pick up The Game for a fourth season. The only hold-up at this point comes from CBS Paramount Network TV, which would need to release the rights to the series to cable. "The licensing issues are very complicated".

The Game is a spinoff of the UPN/CW show Girlfriends.

Fugitive and suspected murderer Ryan Alexander Jenkins has been found dead in a motel room in British Colombia. According to Canadian police, Jenkins was found hanging in an apparent suicide.

At this time police are preparing for a press conference.

Jenkins, 32, had been a wanted fugitive accused of murdering his former wife , model Jasmine Fiore.
