Oprah along with Dr. Mehmet Oz a frequent guest on her show have filed suit against at least 50 businesses who have falsely used her name to endorse products. She accuses these companies of capitalizing off of her reputation. It has been reported that Oprah's website had received thousands of complaints over a product supposedly endorsed by her.Good for her...I personally do not pay attention to those spam advertisements, but I'm sure there are plenty of people who do especially when there are celebrity names attached to them.
